About this opportunity
UNICEF Cambodia is inviting eligible firms and institutions to submit proposals for a multimedia campaign to prevent child marriage and advance girls' education (reference LRPS-2026-9206270). Full details are in Annex B (Terms of Reference).
Who should apply
Communications, media production and social and behaviour change agencies, ideally with experience in Cambodia and in child protection or education campaigns.

- Email your proposal only to cambodia-bids@unicef.org, in PDF, with the tender number in the subject. Don't copy anyone else on the email.
- Attach files directly. Cloud links are not accepted. Keep each email under 10MB, and split or zip larger files.
- Complete, sign and stamp the required forms, including Annex C (financial proposal).
Deadline: 15 October 2026, 10:00 AM Cambodia time (GMT+7). Late proposals are rejected.
