About this opportunity
IOM invites evaluation firms to respond to a request for proposals for external evaluation services for the FAIR VALUE project (reference CS1221 / 30000033636). The assignment covers three evaluation phases, each a major project milestone.
Who should apply
Evaluation and research firms with experience evaluating donor-funded projects, ideally on migration, labour or protection, and in the Philippines or Southeast Asia.
